"I've worked for Georgia Iron Work for 7 years and I enjoyed my experience with working with my current co-workers. Management was about average and the team leaders where very friendly. Unfortunately business has slowed down and pending layoff looming I have enjoyed my time with GIW."

What don't you like about working at GIW Industries?
"In March of 2010, new VP of operations was promoted. No manufacuting nor Supply Chain experience. He hired an ex-consultant with no Supply Chain experience. He began cleaning house, with I guess is his right."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"President needs to listen to the people that he used to listen to instead of his friends (the ex-consultant."
