"Great work culture. Loved working there."
"The company needs to figure out what its goals are, define business and IT processes to reach those goals and strictly follow IT processes in organizing and executing projects. The current processes reflects the poor work culture, lack of strong leadership and total lack of process that run rampant across the organization. There are good people in the company but management doesn't leverage the resources they have properly and that led to high turnover rates when people got fed up and left."
