"This is a great place to work. It has the most organized NPD process/timeline controlled via Agile that I've seen in all of my travels. The people are what make this company spectacular; the dedication, enthusiasm, willingness to work hard and play hard. Family comes first here, and they're lots of support."

"I enjoyed working with upper management the first year there."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"You will be most likely recognized for hard work. Expect long hours and high demands. Many new employees are immediately stretched to the limit without adequate resources. Company has a youthful feel and upper management is very enthusiastic. There are some climbers that may step on you to get ahead but it's definitely not the worst I've ever seen. Company is still growing too."
What don't you like about working at Gerber Products Co.?
"I went from over worked and over stressed to a micromanaged pencil pusher. Not much balance in the work structure."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Allocate resources better and have realistic expectations for projects. Weed out the useless employees to help balance work loads better."
