Plant Manager

"I started working at Gerard Roofing in 2004. I found the company had many opportunities for me to help the company grow. I implemented several new processes and pieces of equipment. Which in turn brought about over $500k of savings to the company. I was cut from the company as Plant manager because the company is in the process of being sold off by the new corporate owners. Gerard needed to create an Accounting department so the Plant manager's position was cut. Gerard itself is profitable."
