"If the job is in Financial Affairs, don't waste your time interviewing. The pay is not worth the level of stress and incompetance you will go through."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Most of management is incompitent. My advise is for them to leave so that new management can come in a do what needs to be done to improve productivity and morale."

"Be yourself. Be honest. Know what your looking forward to doing and make sure your able to explain why."

What don't you like about working at Georgetown University?

"The location of the campus is not the easiest to communte too and some of the departmental set ups"

"Management was great. The took the time to care for the patients and the patient safety. Just keep your staff in mind."

"I enjoyed working at the Medical University, because there was a camaraderie, your opinions mattered. However, once CME was transferred to the hospital under MedStar Health, it was no longer about the staff's ability but making MedStar money. Case in point we went from a 5 person staff to 1 (me). With no promotions from 1999-2007, so I left."

"Run"

What don't you like about working at Georgetown University?

"No respect, racist attitude you are treated like a servant. Have had attempts of yelling at me. All in all, the new Georgetown has a lot of work ahead of them, they want you to do more with less and for less. Go there, if there is absolutely nothing else available, but keep looking."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Reward, compensate and respect your employees not just the managers, you may be able to hire new people less, but will they have the experience or passion to get the job done."
