What do you like about working at GeoEngineers?

"Some great people on staff!!!"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Everyone is your friend when they need something from you (like your business) or when things are smooth. Human beings true colors show when they face adversity or hit bumps in the road. Tremendous opportunities for new hires, but their benefit package was nearly worthless for my family (have you ever heard of Kipp and Company) Reminds me of how I was treated (and still am) after my NFL career ended due to catastrophic injuries."

What don't you like about working at GeoEngineers?

"Complete lack of respect towards me. I merged my environmental consulting firm Visger & Associates with them to launch their 1st CA office (and 15th in the NW) for stock options (after their 5th offer as I had reservations on having my name associated with anyone or thing which doesn't share my same values and integrity).. Was fired in Jan of 09 months before being vested for ANY stock I was given for my company. Very convenient. Computer shut off and asked to leave 3xs within the hour, but GIVEN 3 weeks severance pay for a business it took my entire life to build up.Corp seems to be composed primarily of invertebrates (lacking backbone), as no one spoke a single word to me since I left. I wrote the CEO and COO on 2 separate occasions after leaving repeated voice mails and emails, before I received a letter in reply (only because he was concerned with the picture I painted of GEI and I had forwarded to other associates. I did this intentionally to see if I could elicit a response )."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"We had an old saying in football, When the going gets tough, the tough get going. When things are tough as they are for everyone in not only this great country, but the entire world, show a little sack and speak to people face to face, not hide behind spineless office managers who gave me an entire 50 second talk while telling me I was fired. Very simple motto, treat people like you would like to be treated."
