"Tips for others interviewing with this company would be to research the company first to get a feel for the atmosphere. I would want to be aware of my job responsibilities."

What don't you like about working at Gentiva Health Services?

"There is not much I dislike about working for this company. If I had to pick something perhaps could be improved upon including sales regognition or activities for those who perform the direct patient contact. I feel their attitude is a reflection and determines repeat patient needing clinical assistance.."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Suggestions for management would be to include all personnel in the recognition process. I believe personnel retentioned would certainly be enhanced. So, It is my belief that everyone within the company is aware of the sales contribution they make."
