"Highly unprofessional, temperamental ownership. Employees are treated poorly. They are ridiculed and embarrassed, by owner, in front of co-workers and customers on a daily basis. Very low morale. Owner pits employees against each other and talks about employees behind their backs Owner lacks maturity, business ethics and common sense. Owner acts emotionally and without all the facts, and constantly offends customers and vendors. Employees with an agenda make up stories about co-workers and tell owner, who totally believes these fabrications, without going to the accused employee to verify rumors or accusations.
