"It was my first opportunity to be promoted into the ranks of management. For this reason, I am greatful. I enjoyed working with the teams of people who helped make the branch's successes during my tenure."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"As far as I know, they have gone downhill in terms of customer service. I wouldn't recommend anyone working for this company."
What don't you like about working at Gensco?
"Executive management didn't respect the mid-managers who made the branch's successful despite periods of no growth. This is why Gensco became a leader in the HVAC wholesale industry in the Northwest and Alaska"

"Reward the mid-managers with room to operate, not just in pay."
