"Gensco is a great company with a great group of people who run the branches and corporate. They are the type of company that like to see people grow and flourish. They offer great benefits and work-life balance which I was very impressed by. Even though I was only a summer intern I could tell Gensco is really a great place to work."

"It was my first opportunity to be promoted into the ranks of management. For this reason, I am greatful. I enjoyed working with the teams of people who helped make the branch's successes during my tenure."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"As far as I know, they have gone downhill in terms of customer service. I wouldn't recommend anyone working for this company."
What don't you like about working at Gensco?
"Executive management didn't respect the mid-managers who made the branch's successful despite periods of no growth. This is why Gensco became a leader in the HVAC wholesale industry in the Northwest and Alaska"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Reward the mid-managers with room to operate, not just in pay."
