"I have worked for Genpact since early 2019 after transferring from GE Global Operations during a transfer to a service account. I was assigned through Genpact to support Global Operations before applying for a transfer to Aviation in mid-2019. The transition was smooth and I enjoyed my time at Aviation. I was left largely to my own devices by Genpact and dealt mostly with Aviation. The assignment was good, but Genpact was more concerned with adding new assets to the client than taking care of current assets. Ultimately, I have been let go from my assignment due to the current economic strain as a result of COVID-19."
