"That my company supports and supplies the Army vehicles. I use to like the fact that I felt that my job made a difference at one point in time."

"Just be honest and open in the interview. That is all."

What don't you like about working at General Dynamics?

"The work place is not attractive. There is strong nepotism within my company and it is all about who you know to get a promotion around here. Hard work and merit are not awarded with raises or promotions. If you work hard in this company you simply get more work to do."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Reward people for working above and beyond. Hard work should be noticed sometimes."
