"I've worked for GDIT and GDC4S for a combined total of almost six years. The large organization allows for competitive employee benefits and discounts. They have been flexible with my military reserve training requirements and treated me fairly as an employee."

Lead Developer

"I worked for GDIT for 7 months as a Developer on a Service Now project. The people I worked with on a daily basis were very knowledgeable of the Subject Matter and were very easy to get along with. It was a Great Place to work with a Great environment!"

"Good starting point for recent college graduates wanting to gain actual work experience. The business model seems to be built on no employee retention and management upholds that model. There is not motivation to stay with this company after the first year. Employee recognition is non existent as well as performance based merit."

"Not a bad place to work but they have no sense of raises. They don't give back to the community locally and never have any activities to show appreciation for their employees."

"They don't treat you very well. One week they are nice and the other week they treat you different. Overall it's an okay place to work for but when open enrollment hits it gets crazy. Keep calm and remember they aren't yelling at you, and you'll do fine."

"Worked at this company for a few years. Over that time I realized that in such a large company, without proper management, it's easy to become a number on a sheet of paper. Manager did not take care of personnel in the field and danced around any issues. While this is probably typical of any location, it was frustrating to start with proper leadership and then finish with just a number on a piece of paper."

"I have worked for EB for 3 years. I have nothing good to say about the company offering a good working experience. They lack in an ability to offer engineers anything to do but paper work. If you are interested in gaining transferable skills and progressing your career, look some place else."

Call Center Supervisor

"Good company but poor management on some of the projects. They preferred to motivate by fear. If you didn't do what they wanted they would not coach to try and help people succeed . They would just threaten them with their jobs. They had a very high turnover of employees. Management didn't understand how to say thank you. I volunteered to help the company and worked the graveyard shift because nobody else would. But in my review they said I never go above and beyond. When I brought up examples of how I did go above and beyond. Like opening new call center in Hattiesburg MS I stayed there for a month with no help. So I worked 15 hr days for a month until we got more people hired that were local. Because nobody else would take the job. But I stepped up and they just said that is my job, no reason to thank me."
