"The overall military design philosophy vs. the automotive design philosophy."

"More project engineers are needed to correctly design military high-voltage vehicles."

"People plus the job itself since I was used to working with aircraft the Abrams Tank was an interesting new experience."

"Pleasant place to work with people, sometimes need company backup if working with subcontractors."

"Nothing, but the subcontractor I had to work with wasn't very cooperative."

"Better control and monitoring of subcontractors act like the Prime contractor."

"None. My manager was great in that he did not interfere with the work we were doing overseas."
