"GenArts culture used to compensate for the low wages, but then the management team became indecisive and non progressive over a short period of time. The CEO is unapproachable and not very friendly. The equipment is dated and there is no corporate compliance or HR department/person. I would not recommend anyone to work for GenArts, unless you are college grad looking for rent money."
