"Gearbox Software is a great company to work for if you are looking for a fun, relaxed environment to wok in. The people you work with are down to earth and are all amazingly talented. The downside is that you may not get as high of a salary as you may like, but if you are willing to trade a bit of your salary for a job that you will never hate being at then it is well worth it."
