What do you like about working at GE Energy?

"The retirement and education reimbursement program."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Unless you are a homosexual or a minority, you would be happier applying somewhere else. After working for them, I will not ever buy any of their products."

What don't you like about working at GE Energy?

"The homosexual agenda forced upon us, the lopsided hiring of minorities only in management positions, the extremely below average wages for the area, the extremely poor medical insurance, the incompetent ombudsmen that are geared toward GE's opinion only, they took away vacation time from us when they bought our company. They took away our bonus structure, they took away all holiday and family related events. They lowered our raises from a merit structure to a annual cost of living raise that amounts to 1% to 3%. They pressure us to donate to charities that many do not agree with. They promote diversity and homosexual activity and write up any employee who questions or dislikes it. Diversity is fine, but it is not diversity when only minorities are allowed the management positions. They do not hire qualified or experienced people, people are hired strictly based on the color of their skin or sexual preferences and not on their merits."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get with the real world, no one wants others preferences and opinions forced upon them. There are still people that believe in the nuclear family and do not want to be criticized for being in a traditional family. One hundred percent minority hiring does not ensure that the best people will be hired. Having four management positions for every hourly employee position will fail at some point and is not profitable for any company."
