"Great engineering experience for out of school engineers, difficult to make a career though."

"Continue to look for other jobs even after accepted as most of the engineers leave after about 2 years (so you don't get cold from the job hunt practice)."

"lack of growth opportunities, old offices, excesive burocracy (typical of big companies)"
