"The owners are very nice and laid back. Just show that you are able to take iniative and have a good understanding of the way the industry works."

What don't you like about working at GDD Associates?

"The work loads were not consistent which caused quite a bit of travel I had to pay upfront for. It seemed as though the company always owed me so much money I could barely pay my bills on time. I also did not think that certain managers acted professionally."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They should understand that it's inappropriate to call an employee after 10 pm unless pre-arranged. When reviewing work you should get it through in a timely fashion and maybe you would not needlessly return work if you used a second set of eyes."

"Working from home, making my own schedule and the ability to make as much or as little money as I wanted."
