"This will just be a stepping stone for you. The people that are running this company are in their Mid 20's . Life experience alone ... means they lack the understanding of people."

What don't you like about working at Gayston?

"I did not like that upper management thought they always knew the answer even though they had no experince or reality to the problem. Setting impossible goals does not mean peole will always try to reach them.People that make min. wage know they get paid by the hour reguardless if the goal is met. I am a strong beleiver that there are people who can lead production workers and there are people who belong in an office. I am a leader."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would say they should listen more to lower management and try to understand the people that make them the money. They shoud try to make the operators want to do the job .... even if they only make min. wage."
