4.2 I think Gaylor was a great experience for me to learn about the management that goes on in the construction industry. Learning more about FloorPlans, Purchase Orders, Change Orders, Submittals, Safety, Invoices, and many more tasks has definitely turned me into a better worker, teammate, and leader. Also knowing that I had little to no knowledge on the electrical side of construction. I learned how to adapt to the new environment and excel in the work that was given to me.

2.7 This job is for Facebook data center. I ran a crew of 6 men. They wanted me to move up the chain of command but the project was not being run very well so I just stayed at the level they hired me.

3 Gaylor Electric overall seems to be a good company. Unfortunately, the Tampa office and I just didn't see eye to eye on certain matters and I felt I needed to move on.
