Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Decline the offer if it is presented from the Dulles-IAD location, you'll be the escape goat for all the woes, trouble and issues that arise. It will be the worst experience of your life."

What don't you like about working at Gate Gourmet?

"It was the most unsatisfying and unprofessional experience I have had. The Dulles-IAD location was operated by an overbearing,racist, sexist hypocrite whom called himself a General Manager. The MENtality of the work environment was to dehumanize and verbally acouste the junior management in front of their subordinates. Referring to them as A**holes, Mother F*ckers and Son of a B*tches. Not a work place condusive of team work or promotion."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Corporate management needs to clean house at the Dulles-IAD location, Start with the General Manager, Operations and all male counterparts that subscribe to their thinking. Upon my release GG owed me 12 days comp time. I went through the Labor Dept, through Wage and Hourly and still they did not require GG to pay me for the 4800.00 they owed me."
