"I have been with Garvey Hyundai for about 1.5 years. We do a great volume of business which is great since the pay plan is 100% commission based. Management is not very motivating, especially as time is slow. It sets the culture that you can never do enough and that you are never truly doing a good job, even when producing at a high level. From a customers perspective I would say Garvey Hyundai definitely strives to offer the best price, fair price, and takes care of their customers through the ownership of their vehicle."
