"I am very good at my job and have adapted well to a technology I had no prior experience working with. I enjoy working with the people employed here and the benefits/pay offered are very good considering the economy and difficulty of the job."

"My current position is not my career goal and being in this position has seemed to 'lock' me in this particular department with little hope for advancement in other desired departments focusing on the skills learned from my college degree."

"Don't punish everyone for the mishaps of the few; basically lessen the iron-fist. The happier your employees and the better work they will do for you and the more productive they will be. Trust in them and they will trust in you."
