"Manager has no control of the branch whatsoever. Regional management team in NJ calls themselves terminators, they pretty much do anything they want in the region and if they don't personally like you, you better watch out. They do not cooperate, listen or care for their employees. HR department goes along with them. There is absolutely no confidentiality or support from NJ HR department. Most of the employees are underpaid, meanwhile Ficalora makes 3.86 mil a year."
