"The company offers competitive pay and full time hours. The culture of the company is not ideal. The owner shows favoritism with his management crew, the management employees are highly inappropriate, no one takes blame for their mistakes (instead they play the blame game until someone gets in trouble), and lastly HR complaints are taken lightly."

"Be very careful who you befriend in this company. They will cut you loose if you become friends with the wrong person. Keep to yourself and just do your job. Don't get involved in the drama."

"The company was very segregated, nobody took the blame when they made mistake. It was always someone else's mistake."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Take a better look at what's really going on. And try to figure out why certain departments do not have employees that last more than a few weeks."
