The teams worked well together and were constantly looking for better ways to set themselves apart from the competition. The leadership...VP and above, however were overall very reluctant to make the tough changes needed to actually systemically move the business in the direction needed. Small changes here and there with short term impact...no problem. However, systemic changes to truly improve the way the teams worked...EXTREMELY difficult."

But due to Covid-29 pandemic affect most of the positions were rolled-off. and many stores were also closed."
