"For as long as I have worked at Gamestop I have had more good times than any other job I have been employed at. It has had its rough times but they are very few and far between. My fellow co-workers are very knowledgeable of their product and are happy to help any and all customers. The overall environment is just a wonderful place to work."

"Have a thick skin and be prepared to bite your tongue often."

What don't you like about working at Game Stop?

"Their expectations are unreachable, they motivate through pointing out your flaws, not your successes, and senior management doesn't understand the day to day operations."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Understand how the job more accurately. Don't assume that all stores are created equally because location plays a huge deal in sales figures and general numbers."
