"It was wonderful work experience until they shut down the studio."
"Great company but very few opportunities for growth"
"Great company, has great people and everything, very big on overtime, most of the year is over time."
"The work environment was extremely laid back and pleasing. If you like the typical college student, gamer culture sprinkled with foreign finesse, this place is for you. Everyone is easy to get along with, especially upper management. HOWEVER, be ready to stay LONG hours and work weekends. Things often get changed or added or completely scrapped at the very last minute, and you never know if your project will be handed off to another branch or completely reworked. This job required commitment and lots of it, however it's a bliss working there and can be very fun."
"It's a good place to work, but the company can do better things for their workers."
"Missing a leader. No good opportunities to grow as an individual."
"Not bad place to work, but you need the ability to work under stress."
"This is a company that will stab you in the back with the slightest provocation. The different studios do not trust one another, the executives do not listen to their employees, and after you make some of the best selling content on one of their best selling games (ever) they will drop you on your backside because they don't have any more work for you to do, and then tell the world that you were dropped because your performance was bad so that they won't look like the horrible abomination they are."
"The workflow is very organized, the team works together and drives the project in the right way, but the problems use to come from QA."
"Gameloft is well structured in comparison with what I have heard from other companies but still, Although I know is a video game industry, they should not lie about working hours I worked 70 hours per week during the last year, and they do not pay you for the extra hours."
