"Good people, my fellow developers are creative but working in these condition makes it impossible to grow."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't do it if you have offers with any other company it's that bad. Everyone that's worked in development that I've worked with have been discouraged by the way this company works."

What don't you like about working at Gameloft?

"Treats employee like cogs and expendable. Give zero creative control to employees and has no vision to improve. Constantly changes direction and requirements without extending the deadline, resulting in constant overtime and zero overtime pay. Multiple people got fired after working months of overtime and help made the deadline."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to your employees that actually know how to make games."

"There has not been opened lots of opportunities to grow inside the company, some positions open exclusively to new candidates instead of grant opportunity to actual hard workers."
