What do you like about working at GameFly?

"The CEO expects a lot from his team, but has always been very fair and generous. I have always been one of the first people in and the last person to leave and he has personally told me that my work ethic does not go unnoticed. The company is in the middle of the IPO process, thus I cannot share much more."

What suggestions do you have for management?
