"The Senior Management provides all the training, personal guidance and encuragment one could ask for. the management helps keep you on task and motivated even on the days your down. I learned more about understanding people and listing to my customer in two years than can be put into words."

"Listen to your Customer and the Management closely It will put cash in your pocket"

What don't you like about working at Galpin Motors?

"For the sales people the time off was a rough spot due to Monday and Thursday or Friday meetings. With the change in VP of sales this may have improved."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Other than the time off item ( and I worked hard to improve it but got held up on the early Thur / FrI meeting) I can only say that every one at Galpin Cares. They care about doing there best for the customer, each other and the upper management. There are few owners that are more respected and truly cared about than these. No one wants to be the weak link and let the others down. This caring about Galpin all comes down from the top."
