"Although my Business Development experience has been in fiber optics/copper for the telco/cable industry over the last 10+ years, I believe I can offer my managerial experience to this position through my involvement in Real Estate over the last 10 years in buying, rehabbing and selling properties under my own Company. I've also seen the large commercial projects come together through some investments I made over the years in student housing, multi-family, and assisted living projects.
