Georgia Department of Education Employee

"I have worked for GA Department of Education and Gwinnett County Public Schools: High Schools of Technology since July 2004 as an Engineering Program Director and Administrative Educator. Overall, this was a great company to work for but at the individual school level, the turnover of principals and administrative personnel often introduced repeated challenges based on changing education priorities & management styles. The most successful schools in the entire system, are most often those whose personnel grew and evolved together as a team & family."
