What do you like about working at FXI?

"Foamex, was a great company to work for, I was able to raise my daughter and know I was in a secure environment. Foamex presented me with the skills I have to today and I was able to take these skills to another level."

"It's been years since I've worked here. Things might have changed for the better and I believe their staff has changed as well, so no."

What don't you like about working at FXI?

"Unfortunately, Foamex was overloading me with positions. I was in charge of safety and environment as well as payroll and HR. When I left they hired 3 people to replaced me. I was asked to return, but I already was settled into a new company."

"Very good EHS support from top management but they demand a lot of their personnel but do not compensate as well as they should."

"Working with the various levels of employees and the strong EHS support of upper management"

What don't you like about working at FXI?

"Lean and mean mentality to the point of causing personnel to be fire fighting instead of being more proactive."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Pay employees market rate for the duties expected and give them the ability to perform the job by balancing the work loads."
