"I actually worked in Futaba Philippines and it was a really nice experience because I learned a lot from that company. This is where I started and grew and learned so much when it comes to manufacturing processes."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"For beginners, you would really learn a lot from this company but if you want a better paying job it's best if you could also be able to negotiate it with them and get the salary that you think is fit for you."
What don't you like about working at Futaba?
"What I don't like in this company is the inadequate salary that they are giving to engineers."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They have to try and find a way to be in line with the current salary range for engineers."
