"I came to Fusion-io by way of an acquisition. Overall, it has been a positive experience. The company has been heavily focused on establishing a brand, but has failed to clearly market itself beyond that - very little lead generation, lack of marketing infrastructure, etc. Not surprised that they are getting acquired themselves."

"FusionIO is a pretty cool place to work as they are trying to solve an interesting problem when it comes to storage and speed. A solution that sound easier to solve than it is, the culture is pretty laid back but folks are very serious when it comes to getting work done. All and all its a pretty nice place to work."
"I worked for Fusion-io for 14 months. They are the leader in solid-state drives for speed and capacity. They are really good to their employees. They seem a little short-sighted because they still have no central training function, doing all critical training on-the-job without proper evaluation and feedback mechanisms in place."
