Full Creative Employee

"If I could give this place a negative star I would. The pay lower than any other call center that I know. They try to factor in the cost of gas as if car gas is the only bill that people have. The COVID has changed so many lives and this employer does not care what you're going through. You are just a number. I have wasted 10 years of my life on this company and as soon as the tough gets going, the GET rid of you. This is not the time to be letting go of employees that have been here for that long. They even let a worker go because the daycare her child went to had a child that tested positive and had to close down the facility and she didn't have anyone to help."

"While I have not had much enjoyment working as a call center representative, the team at Full go through a lot of effort to make you feel welcome and that you are a part of a team that cares as much about your success as you do, which is a great help when you are working from home."
