What do you like about working at Fuel Tank Maintenance?

"More than anything, I enjoyed the finished product of knowing, I did this. The relationships I have encountered throughout America with inspectors and subcontractors can not be bought. To this day, these people continue to call me just to say Hi. I have enjoyed traveling to new and exciting places I may never have seen without the job necessity."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Have a thick skin, stay away from the office as much as possible, and don't try to understand the logic in company management. You are not part of the family."

What don't you like about working at Fuel Tank Maintenance?

"No room for advancement, no holiday or vacation, pay was based on the local surrounding area, playing musical chairs with company trucks, most of the project managers expect the superintendents to do project manager s jobs for them. No bonuses."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Assign superintendents trucks, pay according to experience and abilities. Be willing to pay a bonus if jobs are completed under or on time and under budget if there are no compromise of quality. Offer some vacation and holiday pay."
