Forfeiture Support Associates (FSA) provides several types of support and operations management assistance to government agencies. The company provides Federal Law Enforcement Professionals to government agencies for staffing and managerial purposes. In addition, FSA provides legal and litigation support, assistance with case management, and financial analysis to US Attorneys. Finally, FSA provides administrative, clerical, and investigative support to government agencies.

Currently, Forfeiture Support Associates employs over 1,500 individuals at offices in the United States, Puerto Rico, and Guam. FSA has over 450 government-based worksites, including law enforcement and prosecutorial agencies. Current FSA clients include the United States Department of Justice, The US Justice Department Drug Enforcement Administration, the Executive Office of the United States Attorneys, the United States Attorney’s Office, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, United States Marshal, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives.

FAS careers require proof of United States citizenship and a seven or ten year government background investigation. Typical government-related positions require applicants to declare any credit issues or history of illegal drug use, which may exclude some candidates from being hired by the company. FSA hires individuals experienced in accounting, civil investigation, data analysts, financial analysts, lawyers, paralegals, technical writers, office administration staff, office management, records examiners, custodial staff, and mailroom staff.
