"There is a lot to like: Great environment allows strong professional growth if you are willing to learn. work and grow. Owners are very apporachable and take real interest in the people that work for them. Come up with a new business idea and pitch it, they listen."

"It's a big company with many divisions. Look at the web site before you go in and get to know the breadth of business in terms of products and geographic coverage. If you can't find anything that excites you then its too demanding of an environment to just coast by in."

What don't you like about working at Frost & Sullivan?

"Really burned out on the 90% travel requirements in my last position as Director of the Conference Division. Literally spent over 300 nights a year on the road. They use a matrix management process that can add ambiguity to your performance requirements"
