"I worked for Frontier Airlines almost a year. Great industry. Great people. Free airfare, but you're on standby and you better have a backup plan if you get bumped because that is not an excuse to miss work. No overtime pay but you will work overtime. No holiday pay even if you work the holiday. Couldn't afford health insurance."

"It's a fast paced job that demands alot of its employees, but doesn't pay them back."

"This is a fast paced job, make sure you tell them you can handle the workload. If you are good at multitasking and are amazing at customer service, then you would make a great fit."

"The compensation for time and work put in is a little low for the effort. There is not much room for moving up in the company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Not cut employees benefits to such a sharp degree while giving bonuses to upper management, or improving corp hq."

"Hours were seasonal. I am single and pay all of my own bills so I need at lEAST 40 hours a week."
