"the only thing that I can say I did not like was having to clean up after the people that would party to much in their rooms"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Don't be afraid to show your personality -- Sparks is full of interesting characters, so they don't want anyone lackluster. However, it's important that you can learn things quickly, are comfortable interacting with clients, and will be diligent about your responsibilities. Show that you're serious but can have fun while being a good worker."
What don't you like about working at Sparks Hair Design?
"I'm not very passionate about hair, and my responsibilities are not quite demanding enough. I like to be busy, be frequently engaged with others and with big projects, and relish working hard for stellar results. Plus, I would really like to work in a full-time position where I'm getting insight into an industry that better matches my interests."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Have higher standards for stylists, upgrade the work environment, provide more bonuses for long-time customers"

"Able to do homework during down time. I also it was not a difficult job"

"Just listen to what you are told. This job is temporary and you will not be here for long."

"The job gets boring once all the tasks are done."

"I would be around more often during work hours just to check on my employees."

"I enjoy having a lot of responsibilities and being able to help customers."

"Good Luck ! Expect pressured and lack of pay. Whatever they promised you in the beginning .. dont expect."
What don't you like about working at World Gym?
"they do not appricate any work or money you bring them in , just always expect more from you and less pay. They always expect something from you and never return any. Management lacks in responsibility. When you ask for raises they laugh at you."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would take more responsibly in my company and give employees more credit then they deserve . Pay them what they should be getting paid and not just try to take every penny from them ."
What do you like about working at Hampton Inn?
"I love the guests and their brand loyalty. It's quite evident that Hilton has a huge following and as a company upholds their mission statement to provide the best in customer service."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you don't have an outgoing personality then you need not apply. This company thrives on repeat business and if guests aren't treated properly they will not return and neither will their friends."
What don't you like about working at Hampton Inn?
"I really don't have anything that I don't particularly like about the company. People seem to stick around in this company so 401K would be nice"

"Our management team is exceptional so I have no suggestions for them. That's why I'm sure I enjoy my job so much."
