"I've worked with Froedtert Hospital over 2 years. Finding the hospital very organized during times of covid19 and handling other patients on the floor, it was very organized. The Dr. and Rn on the unit were always willing to lend a hand or listen to what you had to say about the patients on the unite. We moved from Milwaukee to be closer to our family, in North Caroline, other wise I would be still working with Froedtert Hospital!"

"The nursing staff are wonderful and really take accountability for the care they deliver to the patients.The nursing leadership is terrible, specifically at the Director level. They do not model the behaviors that they expect from their staff as far as dignity, respect and honesty. This leads to a high turnover rate, with the chronic short staffing."
