"I have worked for Fristam Pumps for two years, in which time I have watched many employees be walked out due to what I see to be discrimination and harassment from the shift lead. If you complain to the manager, they find a way to railroad you out the door in no time. The shift leads have been reported to upper management for sexual misconduct (mooning another employee's wife and foster child in the company parking lot) and sending nude pics from the company restroom with no action taken."
