"Watch out. They hire in bunches and layoff in bunches. Not a very secure place to work."

"No team building. Just sit at your station, underwrite and shut-up."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"When they want to lay off people because business slows down, do not call them at dinner time on Sunday afternoon and tell them to report to a local hotel the next morning to pick up their belongings. Very unprofessional"
