"This was a sink or swim position but when you succeed your accomplishments are very rewarding. Your work defines your income with the possibilities being almost endless. When one truly understands the different products and is able to truly help clients out of situations makes your job motivating. Everyday is always something new."

"They bring in everyone that is willing to come on board. Their sink or swim approach weeds out those that are not cut out very quickly. So just be prepared for what youre getting yourself into."

"You are told your hired and then get a client. There isnt much help, you must be able to learn on your own. Also being 100% commission based can be hard at times."

"When they want to lay off people because business slows down, do not call them at dinner time on Sunday afternoon and tell them to report to a local hotel the next morning to pick up their belongings. Very unprofessional"
