"I have worked for the Freeport Center for over 7 years. To me it is more than just a job, it is a career. I look forward to the challenges my work provides me. I enjoy working with my hands, seeing the results of hard work by the fire systems working properly and doing what they are designed to do. In a fire emergency, the systems will notify the occupants, notify the proper authorities and the people I work for fully trust in my abilities. The people who employ me are generous, understanding and want me to succeed in the field and responsibilities I am given."
"After working as a contracted fire alarm service technician for the Freeport Center for 3 years, the opportunity was available to me to be interviewed for the responsibilities regarding all the fire alarm and fire sprinkler systems for the center. To say I was excited was an understatement, after being offered and accepting the job, I went to work tediously making each fire alarm system and fire sprinkler system the very best it could be. After 7 years of hard work, it is with a sad heart that I have to leave it. I leave this job knowing and my employer knowing all the systems have never been better."
