Mandatory overtime was one of the problems that we had since we were asked to work extra hours during the weekend and would get less than a 24 hour notice. Goals were not obtainable and bonus structure was not balanced properly. We never received a dollar for any closed loans. We were micromanaged and discriminated on a daily basis, unless people from corporate were at the office."

Once things slow down, it's, "see ya later", thanks for all the hard work, here's your package which includes nothing, no severance, no unpaid vacation time...nothing, not even if you worked there for 30 years! The owner is out for him for lining his pockets as well as his family who also work for the company. If you plan on working for a good company, look elsewhere, I would not recommend Freedom so beware if you choose to work there, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!"
