"Really not able to make recommendations - it's a trial period for them and that empirical knowledge will reveal any future direction."

"This company has been around for decades and with that come many pros and cons. The company is established and has a tremendous reputation. However, their sales processes are very slow and often takes a long time to get questions answered."

"In an attempt to not double work efforts, developing a better system of on and offline communication set up between each department would be beneficial."
