2Before COVID-19 I probably would have given FRG 2 or 3 stars but after going remote the company took a steep downward turn. I was told directly by co-workers with insight into our local branches interworkings that the company was actively trying to get employees to quit by not paying them on time or at all because they did not want to pay for more unemployment tax. For those that do not know, when you're released by a company you can file for unemployment and even though it's not the company that pays for unemployment they do have to pay a tax based on how many employees are let go. Our branch released 33% of our employees within the first two weeks of at home work and tried their hardest to get others to quit. Prior to COVID, I constantly heard managers talk about female co-workers sexually and even after mentioning that I was uncomfortable by the language. The company also does "First Friday" when the office gets out early and goes out for drinks and food. On my first Friday there the company went out on a boat on which multiple employees did other hard drugs. Once management was told about this they did nothing (technically it was still working time). Overall, this company was run more like a frat with little care of their employees.
2.9Frank Recruitment Group is nice for the training. Some of the teammates are nice and are there for each other, but it looks like anyone there longer than 6 months is miserable or quits. The daily goals they expect from their team can be tedious when I would rather focus on my candidates and clients that will make me a profit. I wasn't a fan of the loud environment. I am also shocked at how poorly compensated we are for how long we work. Then I have to pay a ridiculous parking fee of $150 a month when I was told I would be compensated for this when I first got hired. My work is better in a small controlled environment where I don't have to talk over other 50 individuals trying to work. I'm also not a fan of people acting like they are in the Wolf of Wall Street.
4.2It is a great opportunity if you are not afraid to work hard. The company is growing rapidly and has a ton of internal mobility. You need to be certain that you want sales as a majority of the employees are 360 recruiters that are responsible for managing both the client and candidate sides.
